For this trick you need to jump with your leading foot first.

Take a diagonal run up and jump for the rail locking your leading foot onto the rail in the frontside position. Swing your trailing foot up behind and hook it over onto the rail so you're sliding on your laces. Use your arms to balance as you slide by holding them out horizontally from your sides. Your weight should be spread centrally between both feet.
